If youâre looking for an apartment you would regret renting, check them out. No regard for existing residents, and would find every means and ways to keep your deposit. Stay away from them.

Talk about the worst place to rent or move to. They place way more priority on new residents to lure you in, and treat their old ones terribly poor. They barely keep the pools opened. Whatâs worse, theyâd do everything they can in their power to keep your deposit. I moved out because of their unfair treatment and definitely wouldnât recommend.

I appreciate 47seventy Settlerâs Point being my first apartment experience and how easy the process was for moving in. These apartments werenât the worst of the worst but, there are some faults that I canât deny. Our bedrooms didnât have a light causing us to rely on our closet and bathroom lights to see. The outlets were loose in my room and charging my things was always a pain. There were pigeons living in the chimney who constantly made noise. Despite pest control, there were constantly small bugs getting inside. My brother in lawâs car was dented due to children running around unsupervised and bumping into cars with their scooters. Our dish washer didnât really work since weâve lived there despite maintenance trying their best. The metal bar in our shower was rusty and despite trying to clean as best I could, I could never get rid of the rust which eventually stained some of my shower products. There was one instance where we paid rent on time, but received a paper on our door stating that we had 3 days to pay or evict our apartment. When we checked our app, it stated that the payment was âreturned.â I went to speak to the office and there was another resident with the same paper and problem. Instead of giving us a reason as to why this happened, they made it seem like it was us who just simply didnât pay on time. They just took our payment and we went on with no explanation. We were paying a lot for our apartment, but I feel like these prices didnât reflect the quality. We have since moved out after 2 years, didnât receive our deposit due to some damages (understandable), and received an email from them stating that we had an outstanding balance to be paid by the end of the month. Weeks later we received another email about the outstanding balance that now needs to be paid within the next five days. I donât think weâve ever missed a payment, so to be rushed into paying this outstanding balance put a bad taste in my mouth. Regardless, I am grateful for the 2 years Iâve spent here and will admit that the bus stop being so close made traveling up to my university easy. I enjoyed that the location of these complexes were close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Good luck to whoever plans on moving here next and I hope this review helps!

Pretty rough. The only upside was the view of the golf course and mountains. There is in fact dog poop everywhere and some of the tenants with dogs are wildly obnoxious with allowing the dogs to bark like crazy. Rent is more expensive than advertised. There is a DEFINITE ant and general bug problem. Itâs just nasty. You can keep the apartment spotless but ants will find a way in through holes. You can tell the apartment got the landlord special with paint and âfixes.â Maintenance is quite lazy.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Been renting apartments off and on for 40 years and this is by far the worst experience Iâve had. From poor management and maintenance to the outrageous price of the cam fees please do yourself a favor and save yourself some real pain go anywhere else! I can go on and on for paragraphs that never end about this sh*t hole. No security lights in the parking structures. Dog shit everywhere and combined with the over watering they do and which you pay for, makes for a lovely scent in the air every morning. Residents pile up trash and maintenance will take days to clean up maggot infested garbage. The claim modern appliances lol :) too funny. Everything is so old including messed up hardwood floors. The price for rent is about $200 more than the quote you for the cam charges. This place is the definition of corporate owned properties and simply do not care about their tenants. Donât go in pool unless like you like swim diapers and urine. The location is horrible. Canât get out of the complex certain times of the day. Next to the golf course plan on mosquitoes tearing you apart at night. Donât plan on a return of your deposit. They will charge you $400, for two months of cam charges, as well as everything else they see fit to screw you over on. Good luck if you donât heed my warnings!!!

We have been tenants here for a few years and they have added a lot of nice amenities. Maintenance is always very friendly and they get repairs done fast! I have recommended lots of family members to move here

Ive lived in this complex for almost a year, and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The office is extremely difficult to get a hold of. I promise you that they will never ever pick up the phone, if you have an issue be prepared to drive yourself down to the office. I am pregnant at the moment and my A/C has been broken for almost two weeks in 100 degree weather. They have been giving me the run around daily about getting "approvals" and waiting on the manager ( who is never there to answer any question). I am absolutely miserable, I haven't been able to live in my unit this whole time. I think I would get heat stroke and lose my baby or my animals would die. I am at the point of breaking down and crying, I am so so tired of living out of a bag at relatives houses and not having a home. Nobody in this office seems to care about this situation. I wish for the love of god they would repair their own equipment so I can go home with my animals. But I again can't even get them to answer my calls.

Terrible management. The new management took over and tried to charge residents for problems caused by the previous management. Instead of fixing the mess they inherited, they tried to make tenants pay for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, youâd be better off living under a bridge than renting here.
