We just moved in here from California! Gennoa was our leasing consultant and she was very kind and accommodating, she did everything she could to help us get the best deal! We couldnât make it until Sunday, and thought we would have to stay in a hotel for a night but she was able to leave the keys in the apartment for us! It was great. The neighbors are very friendly and the apartment is nice with great amenities

Watch closely how they word their paperwork. Seriously, pay attention and read between the lines. If they say $1,400, it's really $1,800. Make sure you'll qualify BEFORE you qualify because they're going to take your $290 not ($45) to process you then deny you. ZERO MONEY BACK.

Came in looking for a 1 bed apartment and Kyle was very helpful in giving me information on how to get started. Kyle helped me throughout the whole process and made everything super easy. Other than that the management team has been very nice and helpful in getting all my questions answered and needs attended to.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I have family who lives there and this place is ridiculous! New management is a joke! They accept housing assistance for people with disabilities and health issues and then houses them into an apartment that has carbon monoxide leak which they made them pay for and they didn't even move in all the way before they found out the hard way and it wasnt even their fault nor were they informed ahead of time , not to mention mold and refusing to do anything about it. Be cautious in choosing to make this place home.. if you enjoy constant issues and spending money you don't have on things the apartment complex is responsible for then be my guest.

I made a post on here about 2 years ago. And guess what! I am still in the same apartment. I had to come back and write another review, because I honestly am so surprised at how many bad reviews this place gets. I have just signed my 6th year lease here. I have not once had a bad experience. That would be at any fault of anyone working or maintaining this place. The apartments are not brand new. And renters arenât always nice to places they rent. So not everything is brand new, but I will say Iâve experienced my share of things happening here, problems with my kitchen sink flooding, a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom, Ants in the spring/summer. Sometimes when I call to report these things I may not get an answer. But I always go into the office when I have an issue, and they are busy helping others. Thatâs why they might not answer. But every issue Iâve had they are quick to fixing it! There is one maintenance guy who has been here for pretty much the whole time Iâve been here and he is the best and so helpful. A year ago, in February my heat went out. And I called them after hours, they came and looked at it. And had to call a company to come fix it. And although they werenât able to get them to come out that night. The maintenance brought me over space heaters to use. Thereâs never really crime or anything here. Iâve always felt completely safe living here. And itâs quite nice. The only things I can say that would be complaining is, people that live here drive way to fast through the complex, where there are always kids playing. The potholes have gotten bad this year. They do every year. We live in Utah. There are potholes everywhere. But they will get them filled up. They always do. Iâve seen different faces and people in the office over the years, but I will say that from what Iâve seen to the property over the past few months this team is doing great things and I love the things they are doing with their monthly news letter. They are keeping up the property well. So before blaming the team that works here for how it looks, or whatever I would say think of how many people live here and just donât care . There is so many apts here and that the amount of people that work here on site is just a fraction. If youâre looking for a good place to live. This has been a great place for me to call home for going on 6 years now. (:

They canât fix potholes but will easily charge you for every thing. Apartment look nice when you move in but after living for long youâll notice that things started to fail. Your AC, your stove etc, cheap paints to cover up old walls. Facilities are not well maintained. On summer if you want to barbecue you canât, because a lot of people stay on bbq spot and pool all day. Dog poops are everywhere, big flies are everywhere. Management doesnât care because why would they care, right? Youâre just a renter and they just want their money. So move here at your own risks.

(Original) No recomiendo este lugar , empezando por las personas nuevas que trabajan en la oficina no solucionan problemas son personas incompetentes y sobretodo no resuelven problemas, las pistas estÃ¡n todas rotas , en verano hay muchas moscas, insectos.. el gimnasio es deficiente no hacen mantenimiento a sus maquinas ...hace meses la cerradura de la puerta principal la tienen descompuesta...los baÃ±os sin papel las mancuernas apestan ...cuando uno se acerca a oficina para pedir que reparen algo se demoran dÃas en hacerlo ...el precio que se paga por los apartamentos es muy alto para el servicio q ellos nos brindan , si hubiera la opciÃ³n de dar 0 estrellas lo harÃa ...es una horrible experiencia ....no gasten su dinero en algo que no lo vale ...hay muchas opciones mejores de vivienda por los alrededores.
