Sometimes you never know what you’re getting into when you move into an apartment complex, but I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this property! From the start I had many questions due to bad experiences with my previous apartment, but CJ was able to calm any worries I had and she was extremely professional and informative! It feels good to be able to call this place home and I’m excited to be a resident here.

I came and looked at these apartments to find a home for my family. I toured with the property manager Cj and she was absolutely amazing, thorough and knowledgeable. She showed us all of the awesome amenities Like their dog park, my dog is going to go nuts!!! thank you Cj, I cant wait to move in.

Gennoa has been so informative and responsive during my application process. CJ has also been an amazing help and an amazing manager. I am so excited for my move and to be apart of this amazing community!!! They also have so many amenities and great prices

think very carefully before moving into this apartment, loud music in the pool during the summer after 10 pm, the people who work in the office do not help at all when the residents need them and simply respond that they cannot do anything, delays in service of calls, rubbish accumulated around the condominium, holes around the condominium where your car could even break a wheel. I don't recommend anyone moving to this condominium, terrible post-contract service

I love these apartments! Gennoa from the office made my move in go smoothly and she helped me pick out the perfect apartment for me(: maintenance guys are quick and super helpful with everything as well. By far the best apartment complex i’ve lived at.

update Pot holes through out community are currently in process of being fixed awesome only took 3plus only problem is that they have literally shoved all atlas trash cans aside which as of today trash bags are literally blocking entry way to people's apartments which sucks, because they have valet trash so not only trash literally outside front doors its only feet from your car. This is extremely bad I've seen racoons,maggots and homeless pets rummaging in dumpsters. Haven't seen roaches yet. Yet..... There aren't really move in specials but you will be told rent is 1400 dollars but really its 1700 with a monthly concession of 300 dollars that is due the minute you have to be late so 10percent late fee on top of what ever the monthly concession is. You also pay sub metered utility fees and CAM (Common area Maintenance )fees which is essentially re-embursing the company for the Maintenance staff salary. They say it's for snow shoveling, leaves to be picked up and common area clean up yet the property looks like a hot mess. So if maintenance is already paid to do the common area maintenance tasks, what are the CAM fees really for??? and property taxes, like if you multiplied the taxes by each person they could easily pay they yearly cost of this no problem. Oh and for about 100 ish extra a month you can pay for a privacy fence that just allows your neighbor to do what ever trash, private grill whatever they want because they paid extra People let there dogs stay on balconies which they go to the bathroom which then falls on first floor apartments. No one is enforcing non smoking on property. It often smells like a snoop dog concert and no one does anything . Make it make. Sense.

I have friends/Family that lives here and I previously put a review that took awhile to get responded too. I have tried several times to call about the pot holes, trash or weed smells but my phone calls go unanswered or to a voice mail that no one listens to....
