Do yourself a favor and donât come rent to this place, I told them I wanted to do a 6 months lease and they did a one year lease I signed the lease without reading everything I believed they were going to do it for 6 months as I requested and I didnât get the letter they usually send 2 months before the lease ends so I called and they said my lease ends on February I said no because I did a 6 months lease, after seeing that it was their mistake they said I still had to give them 2 months notice otherwise theyâre going to send me to collections so Iâm gonna end up paying $4500 for 2 months for an ugly apartment for being month to month They donât fix sh#^ and if they do the same thing is going to break again in 2 weeks, my apartment got flooded 3 times.this place is horrible.
