I live in this apartments long time ago , and i would like to talk about the Sr Nestor , he is professional , hard worker , and always when i request to fix anything inside of my apartment he Does ! on time and always he has an excellent attitude and his work is great !

I wasn't going to leave a review but I feel people need to know so you don't loose money like we did. We lost $250 here for their lease initiation fee they charge. But it was our fault for giving the money up front. He said that if we didn't get approved we could get it back. We found another place during the application process that suited our family but because the guy said that we couldn't get the money back after 1 business day as per verbal agreement, we lost our $250. ****My advice to anyone.....never give money upfront here to hold anything. If you hear or are asked to do so and you really want to live here, than by all means do so. But don't give money upfront, only do so when you are going to sign a lease. I did not want to go through the headache of trying to get the money back and because I try to honor verbal agreements as much as I can. The application only shows that the fee is for a lease initiation fee if you sign a lease.

I genuinely like the people at the leasing office as well as the current management. I have dealt with some very sleazy management and leasing office people before, and I'm satisfied with, again, the CURRENT management at 47 Seventy. Maintenance has gotten issues fixed promptly. I have had no pests in my apartment. As some reviews mention, you can hear people walking and talking in the apartment above you if you are on the bottom floor. However, I do not feel like it's worse in my apartment than it is elsewhere.

I have mixed feelings about 4770 Settlers Point. Hereâs the good and the bad. The good: -Maintenance is usually really quick to come fix any issues that may arise. -The living room and master bedrooms felt very spacious, especially since there was a bathroom in the master bed. -The grass is very green, even in the summer (more on that later). -Being next to a golf course, the loudest thing you hear from outside the complex is someone yelling âFOREâ. -If you have a ground-level apartment, you can do your own landscaping. The bad: -They lost our maintenance check-in sheet and charged us for everything that we complained about when we moved in. -They raised rent by 20% after our first year. -They promised that there was a ground-level apartment we could apply for, and just as we applied for it, they said it was taken. This happened to at least three other families over the course of a year. -Packages were stolen several times. -Packages sometimes didnât make it because of how confusing the numbering system is. -The back parking lot is full of holes and occasionally people taking catalytic converters off cars. -They run their sprinklers every. single. day. Even when it just rained. Even when itâs raining. In the middle of the worst drought in Utah when weâre being asked to conserve water. It becomes a marsh to try and walk on. -Dumpsters can become so full of furniture (from abandoned apartments) after just one day that thereâs nowhere to put your househol trash.

First I want to say that the apartments here are AWESOME. I love mine, theyâre spacious and beautiful. Maintenance is quick to respond and very helpful. Most notable though, I wanted to give my thanks to the management and staff here at 47seventy. Some extremely disruptive people recently moved in and have caused a lot of issues for us living near them. As hard as it has been living with the constant disruption, I am impressed and grateful for how management tries to handle it. I have never lived in a place where management takes as much time to respond to complaints and concerns, be kind to those of us voicing concerns, and actually take action! They truly care and do their best. I do recommend this complex for the great apartment that you get, the staff is wonderful, and the price is pretty good too. This is somewhere that throughout my first year I knew I wanted to stay until I buy in the next couple of years. But unfortunately things have changed and it isnât the quiet and pleasant place that I loved. With all of that being said, I do recommend this complex. BUT I HIGHLY SUGGEST visiting the exact unit that you are interested in and asking the neighbors how things are before getting locked into a lease.
