To call management a slum lord would be a compliment. Let's begin this series of unfortunate events. Our heating went out in the middle of Janurary, 15 degrees outside and we didn't have heat for FOUR DAYS. It took our washer flooding not only our entire apartment, but the apartment below us to finally get approved for a new one that never arrived. Our fridge/freezer stopped working and their solution was just " stop putting food along the walls" I was in contact with housing authorities and then, only then did we get a new appliance. What's next, our deadbolt broke on our door, but it was after hours and the emergancy maintenance number isn't a real number so I was just plain out of luck, I had to climb up onto my balcony-which leans to one side and not entirely structurly sound- on the second floor to get into my apartment. It took 2 days to get them to fix it. We had ants, roaches.. you name the bug we had it.The flooring underneath the boards has hole, when you step on certain areas ot feels like you're feet are going to go through. The blonde lady who works the office is completely useless and throws attitude for basic requests, and management will not help you. -I do not blame the maintenence employees, Nestor the supervisor was amazing and the guys working for him are so nice- long story short this apartment will in fact screw you, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else- you deserve to live somewhere that helps and respects you as resident. Zero stars
