Super satisfied with the service I have been receiving here. They respond in a quick manner and have so far taken care of everything I have requested help with. I just recently had a scary situation occur and I needed my locks changed at super short notice. Tyler and the rest of the Settlers Point staff and maintence were able to get that taken care for me. I appreciate the support you guys provided for my safety :)

No need for speed bumps here, the pot holes are deep enough to ruin your suspension lol. Soon they will be labeled as lakes on GoogleMaps. :) ..Nothing against the on-site staff tho, they are awesome. <3

Really friendly and efficient staff here but...This place charges you fees so that you can have fees lol. I was told that even though I was charged for sewer, water and trash there is an additional charge in order to have those charges. Dear 47Seventy - Please don't reply to this review, I don't need a Reply charge

I live in this apartments long time ago , and i would like to talk about the Sr Nestor , he is professional , hard worker , and always when i request to fix anything inside of my apartment he Does ! on time and always he has an excellent attitude and his work is great !

I wasn't going to leave a review but I feel people need to know so you don't loose money like we did. We lost $250 here for their lease initiation fee they charge. But it was our fault for giving the money up front. He said that if we didn't get approved we could get it back. We found another place during the application process that suited our family but because the guy said that we couldn't get the money back after 1 business day as per verbal agreement, we lost our $250. ****My advice to anyone.....never give money upfront here to hold anything. If you hear or are asked to do so and you really want to live here, than by all means do so. But don't give money upfront, only do so when you are going to sign a lease. I did not want to go through the headache of trying to get the money back and because I try to honor verbal agreements as much as I can. The application only shows that the fee is for a lease initiation fee if you sign a lease.
