Is it common practice to deny a rent payment, then not return the money? Blaming your rent portal and sending an eviction to a tenant that's trying to rectify the situation? Then you continue to lie, get attitude and display anything but professionalism although you're in a professional setting? I'm baffled that you deny payment but have the gall to send an eviction? The money is in your portal... sounds like someone needs to turn you in for harassment and denial of rent payments... shady af kind of place aren't you? Shameful too.

I'm so pleased with the maintenance here. Amauy has came in and fixed things for me a few times. He's very polite and professional as they all are here. Also want to add that our new manager, Megan is the best we've had in 5 years! All the staff is great! I love my apartment it's the perfect size and so nice. I do plan to spend another year here and would recommend it to you. I came back to edit my review, because I think this is important. If you came and looked here in the past couple years, and thought this place was old and ran down. I would have agreed with you. Now I suggest you come back and look again. In the 5-6 months they have done so many improvements. New siding, paint tearing old dead trees. Plus you can get a fenced in patio if you want. Also I want to add that there is a diverse community. And for the most part neighbors are great.

The girls in the office have an attitude with you regardless of how nice you are to them. Called them a few days back cuz they tacked on a late fee even though my rent was paid. Expecting me to pay this ridiculous fee and threatened to evict me and send me to collections if it wasn’t paid. Paid half of what was owed and then denied my payment!! Claimed they told my fiancé it has to be paid in full and cannot do payments. Which was a complete lie, they never told my fiancé it had to be paid in full. The girls in the office are completely rude and do not care whatsoever. I’ve only been here 2 months and absolutely hate it here

Such a worst management. Very Unhappy. Alejandra change your attitude & learn. Fraud. Will not recommend to any. 1. Why I said "Such a worst management. Very Unhappy. Alejandra change your attitude & learn." My experience: After living there for 2 years, I asked Alejandra(front desk) to transfer me for a 1bx1b open kitchen layout. I stressed MULTIPLE TIMES that I needed an open kitchen layout. She said there is one available but cannot show it because a tenant is living there currently. I said fine, I will take it (trusting her) and I paid $200 transfer fee and cleaning fee for the current apartment(which is fine, everyone should pay it) BUT, when I first got the keys to my open kitchen 1bX1b apartment it was too dirty and it was NOT an OPEN kitchen layout. Immediately, I went to the office and asked it is not my desired layout and it is too dirty. You know what her response is "THAT IS WHAT WE HAVE" Alejandra, if you don't have knowledge about what apartments are available and what layout they are then take a walk first LEARN and know how to TALK with people. Also, admit in life if you make mistakes. Do not say 'NO' on face for every question, it is very RUDE and ARROGANT of you. And, they gave me an option to sign lease for 60 days (that too because there is an American lady at the front desk and she talked with manager) and later it got changed to 4 months(their min tenure policy) and when I left they charged my $440 for cleaning fee, I don't mind paying it IF THEY HAD GIVEN A CLEAN APARTMENT to me at least. 2. Why I said "Fraud" When I was scheduled to move to 1bX1b open kitchen layout in about 3 weeks. I referred my friend to there for a 2bX2b and I also checked with them if there is any referral bonus. They said there is. Once my friend joined they said my friend need to stay for 45 days atleast to get me bonus. Ok, I waited and you know what they said after 45 days?? WE ARE NOT GIVING ANY REFERRAL BONUS at this time. Don't you think this is FRAUD?????? again, Alejandra you gave me this promise. LEARN first. 3. Why I said "Will not recommend to any" Do not fall for the low prices that you see ONLINE. Check how much you are paying total per month(ask about deposit). Go and take a ride in the community to assess the cleanliness and dog poop and pool cleanness. Read the other people comments in google about BED BUGS. The new management is a total WASTE!

Long story short They had told us we were approved and when it was close to moving date they kept pushing it out and saying that we needed documents of income and other paper work eventually they told us they could not move us in! Which was very frustrating. Aside from this My boyfriend lived here and he had ants and cockroaches inside the apartment. Washer n dryer were old! Maintenance nvr came. Dont rent here!!

Multiple problems in the unit since I’ve lived here. Non stop leaks / floods. Management doesn’t provide maintenance employees with proper tools to fix things. They usually just patch things up til it breaks again. I’ve called the office many times to escalate the issues of getting things fixed like the dryer that came with the unit (was told to use the on site dryers til they can fix it which also don’t work), the dishwasher leaking, the bathroom ceiling leaking but keep getting the run around. Wish management cared enough but can’t wait til this lease is up! Don’t waste your money here
