Iâm really surprised at the reviews on here. This place has been a wonderful place to call home. I have lived here since 2019, and I am now getting ready to sign for another year lease. Last year they went under new management and I am so impressed with their service. I have had a few maintenance issues that previous management never got fixed and when I went in to tell them I wanted to resign my lease I gave them a lengthy list of things I wanted fixed. Literally the same day someone came and fixed most of them. Some are a little more complex, but I have no doubt I will see those resolved. I am never late on rent, but one month I just knew I would be past the grace period. I called and explained to them my situation, they worked with me so I wouldnât be stuck paying all the crazy fees. There were issues with the mailboxes, in the past I had to pick up my mail at the post office and at the post office they said they have told the complex for years they needed to replace them. Guess what, they are brand new under this new management. They have been replacing all the toilets, and really cleaning up this place. Like I said I have lived here for years now, Ive never witnessed any crime or any issues. I feel safe and I have a great place to live! I highly recommend them to Anyone looking for a place!
