I had just moved from a nightmare apartment situation and it was a huge relief to be in this apartment community, instead. Of course, it wasn't perfect, I moved in during covid and sometimes I had to bug them a few times before they would respond, but they always came and addressed the issues I did have and took care of what needed to be taken care of and handled everything professionally.

Very unprofessional. They will never call you back and when you do talk to them they give you different information and prices each time about the units. They seem very unorganized and not caring.

Never called me to tell me my application was approved. Then told me a different unit would be available a week later than I was originally told and was more expensive. Difficult to get in touch with and unprofessional. But, at least they got my application fee. Avoid this place.

My experience here has been great. Alejandra has been helpful since day one when I came in to apply. She is always able to answer any questions I have and is always nice. I would definitely recommend working with her to anyone that asks.

I have lived here for 5 years and this has been the worst administration, after making reports for the necessary arrangements in the apartment they do not come to fix, the mail boxes do not work, you must go to the local post office to pick up your correspondence, and hold on the bad faces of the people who work in the US postal, always asking when they are going to fix it? The truth is that I will be here until this year and I do not recommend that anyone here.
