I moved into this complex about three months ago and have had nothing but a good experience. I did have an issue when I first moved in and Alejandra, Selina and johana were very professional and helped me take care of it. I’ve read other reviews on here and I’m surprised people have had those experiences because mine has been nothing short of positive. I definitely would recommend.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. The absolute worst management and customer service experience I have ever seen and heard. Upon moving in and retrieving my apartment key, I was spoken to as if I were a child. Not to mention, the apartment had several issues that I could go on and on about. Selina and Johanna - I am in complete awe. I have never in all my years on this earth come across people so unprofessional and just all around nasty human beings. I've requested the issues in my apartment to be fixed and nothing has been done for the passed few weeks. Do better.

When looking for a place i wanted something that made the apartment feel spacious and a washer/dryer. This place covers both of those. I like how the microwave isn't above the stove as well. Also lots of storage space.

Many hidden charges! The 147 dollars is what you pay BEFORE your own gas and electric which brings it to about 250 a month! On top of that, they made me pay 350 dollars after they towed my car from my paid parking spot because the registration sticker was a few days over the given month! The nail in the coffin was them charging 450 dollars to resurface a bath tub because the new management didn't like the way the tub was originally given to me and they blamed me for the condition of the tub... not to mention my water heater exploded. I would rate 0/5 if I could!

I love this place so far. Ali was great to work with. Got me into the apartment I wanted that worked in my time frame. My heat went out and maintenance was there 30 minutes later fixing it. Great parking for guest. The trash valet is nice. No problems with neighbors. Would recommend.

I had just moved from a nightmare apartment situation and it was a huge relief to be in this apartment community, instead. Of course, it wasn't perfect, I moved in during covid and sometimes I had to bug them a few times before they would respond, but they always came and addressed the issues I did have and took care of what needed to be taken care of and handled everything professionally.

Very unprofessional. They will never call you back and when you do talk to them they give you different information and prices each time about the units. They seem very unorganized and not caring.

Never called me to tell me my application was approved. Then told me a different unit would be available a week later than I was originally told and was more expensive. Difficult to get in touch with and unprofessional. But, at least they got my application fee. Avoid this place.
