I did read reviews before upon moving here which majority were negative I disregarded them because I needed a place to move to and they had an open unit I chose a one bedroom which I thought was going to be the The price they quoted me but once you add on the utilities it's actually around $1200 which is the most I have ever pay for a one bedroom in my life considering the size of the apartment is quite small and they are quite older as well So you're definitely overpaying which is a reason why I am moving The ceilings Are too low there is a bug problem and takes forever For maintenance to respond However the management has been very friendly and resolve issues that's why I would give it two stars

I really don't have anything negative to say about this apts complex, I have lived here almost 3 yrs and the old management was terrible and very inresponsable but when new management took over they are great specially Joanna and Crystal the Managers in the office are great very helpful and responsable on getting anything we need done. Thank you lady's for all your help keep up the great service...

I have never seen an apartment complex as unorganized and rude as the staff at settlers point, between hanging up on me, not knowing when the move out date is, and also putting eviction notices, yes, notices plural for stuff that I didn’t do, or just a completely different app parent number all together. Would not recommend living here, not worth the hassle in late fees that they’ll slam you with for their mistakes.

I have to say this is a very nice apartment. The grounds are kept well, the staff are kind and helpful. I came here looking for a place to live been having trouble since the pandemic has caused problems for a lot of people. The staff here were very kind and patient and even though we ran into a little bit of a pickle they were quick to fix it for me. I am very happy with where I live they have come in and fixed any little thing that has been wrong immediately and made me feel right at home.
