I just moved in and so far it's been pretty good. There are a few maintenance things that my roommate and I have had to get work orders for right off the bat, but they've been getting fixed fairly quickly. The only real problem I've had is that they never seem to answer the phone. Ever. Both my roommate and I have had to go in to talk to them to get anyone. Update* My roommate and I lived here until Feb. 2021. It wasn't terrible, but maintenance wasn't great at fixing things correctly the first time. We moved out for many reasons, but the main one being we found a bigger appartement for similar rent. The leasing company we dealt with while living here sold to a new one just after we left. I'm changing my star review entirely because of the new company. My roommate and I have been trying to get our deposit back since we moved out. Apparently it was lost someplace in the changeover and while the new company has told us they will make good on it, we have yet to hear anything but empty promises. They are just as difficult to get hold of as the old company. My roommate and I have called several times over the months only to be meet with leaving voicemails that never get returned. I tried the online "contact us" form on the website and as soon as the leasing agent found out I wasn't trying to rent, I was ghosted.

Contrary to what many negative reviews state, I feel that for the services received vs pricing, you have yourself a pretty decent place to live. It's not perfect. It has it downsides. Maintenance requests can take a long time to process, management is new and still trying to organize everything. The apartments are old, and sadly their age does show in things like cabinets, electrical ports, and windows. But, on the plus side, the apartments layouts are all well done (if you don't mind a small kitchen) Most maintenance requests are heeded and taken care of, so props to the maintenance team on the ground. The pool is large, and the grounds of the apartment are green and pleasing. Management is eager to help (if they are busy on the phones, they love helping you if you come into the office) and seem to be good people, if a bit overworked. All in all, I enjoyed my time here, and would recommend this place to an individual, if they are okay with some of the cons I mentioned.

If youâre looking to move in, donât do it. They never pick up the phone, they overcharge you on utilities and they get new management every month. They send out paper flyers showing your utilities and charged every resident $15 so new management could put the current residents BACK in their system and the charge was to send out the paper flyers too. This place is an absolute joke. You request maintenance and they do as little as possible to fix things, Iâve had to have my dishwasher fixed 2 times in 2 months. Youâre charged a ridiculous amount for them to clean up the apartments (which they donât clean it up!!). Just stay far away from here.

Do not live here, this place is the worst place to live ever. The people that live here are loud and obnoxious. There is little to no maintenance on anything in the apartments and when you request it, it sits there for months. When they try and âfixâ stuff after calling them for days and days, they come in and look at the device and call it fixed without touching it. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

This place is the worst place I have ever lived. It is poorly managed, poorly cleaned, poorly maintained, and the people that live here are loud and obnoxious. Any attempts you make to get something fixed doesnât help anything and is usually ignored for months at a time. Once someone comes into your apartment, they just look at it and claim itâs working again. DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless you want to hate your life for a year.

Never answered by anyone. Parking is a joke, they have us in the back of the community but have our parking all the way at the front entrance. We have a nasty, moldy, skunk smell in our bathrooms and tried having someone come check it out, but since he didn't smell anything he said it was fine. Constant music being blasted, I have been charge for someone else's apartment and instead of putting that money back into my account, it was just moved to their account. Management changes ALL THE TIME. Its crazy here. People speeding through all the time. I will say, I gave one star because I actually like the apartment, but that means nothing when we are never able to enjoy it because we are constantly being bothered with other things like whats mentioned above.

I live on this apartment for 1 and 7 months year on the first year was very good I never had a problem but right now, they don't treat you like as a customer, my wash machine have a problem they never fix, one day someone parked in my spot at 2am and I spoke with security guy he did nothing to take the car, I never past due my rent, every time I pay online but for some reason they have a problem with website and I couldn't pay, and they charge me a late fee. They are so rude to me, they don't care about if you did all the payments on time. When I have a chance I'll gonna move for sure and I never recommend this place for anyone.

Place is worse than Prison management donât know anything about billing, I sent in a check just right before they took over and was a complete chaos, rent was paid for three months with that check and instead of taking utilities off of the check like I told them to do monthly and telling me what the remainder is I will owe they did not do that until the 4th of the month after they charged a $150 late fee of course it would benefit them. I put in service calls multiple times donât ever get a response and when you do the guy they send out has no idea what he is doing. Apartment has had no air conditioning for over a month and he has come out twice just looked at the thermostat and said that the air conditioning is working. Management is horrible have the nastiest attitude I have ever seen, they will sit there in the office ignore phone calls from residents, I called several times and my phone calls were ignored walked downstairs and went to the office, doors are locked and they are in there doing yoga just very unprofessional but of course I expected that from this group of people they day they took over. I would never resign my lease at this place even if it was free of charge pay a chuck of money a month just to deal with people who donât want to be in the position they are in I would please tell the management or corporate office to look on indeed for candidates that are a better fit for the position just unbelievable the people we have to deal with at this place we call home please read reviews before you even think about signing a lease for this place.
