When looking for a place i wanted something that made the apartment feel spacious and a washer/dryer. This place covers both of those. I like how the microwave isn't above the stove as well. Also lots of storage space.

The roof over my closet collapsed due to a water heater leak and I have requested three times over 3 months (and called) for them to fix it and it's been radio silence. Never live here.

I have an 800+ credit score and a 5 figure savings account but they wouldn't let me rent a 2 bedroom because my roommate was currently fighting an insurance company about some medical debt. Place seemed nice and the property was clean. Too bad it couldn't work out.

Terrible lease and move in information. One girl in management doesn't know anything and constantly gives wrong or vague information. Apartments are ok, very dirty when moved in. Dumb fees monthly. Had to sign a second lease and call all utilities 3 times because they told us the wrong apartment. Then switched the building on the lease without telling us. Now we are in the apartment we specifically didn't want. Very loud neighbors. Can't wait until our lease is up.

This has been the easiest, quickest application process I’ve ever gone through. Jenn is on TOP of everything and took care of everything so quickly. She answered all of our questions and really made the process so painless. The price is great too.

The worst maintenance service I have asked them for the third time to fix some things and you never do, I'm tired of being here and I have 3 weeks nothing more
