The worst maintenance service I have asked them for the third time to fix some things and you never do, I'm tired of being here and I have 3 weeks nothing more

There are a few major issues with this apartment complex, and they've all got to do with how the place is run. Management is a joke. They're con artists that will do whatever they can to charge extra fees and keep you locked into contracts. We moved about 2 months before our contract ended, and they wouldn't let us sub lease. Okay fine, it's in their contract, whatever. So we tried to tell them we were moving out and wanted to check out then, and just continue to pay rent for the remainder of the contract. Nope, if we check out early, even if we pay for the remainder of the contract they're going to hit us with a broken lease and extra fees on top of the rent we're already paying. So now we have to fly back to Utah at the end of the contract just to turn in the keys. Worse than that though, a resident in our apartment complex was shot in his home. Police were everywhere, and it was kind of a scary time. Guess how management addressed it. That's right, they didn't. Not a single mention of it, not a word about what they were doing to ensure our safety, or what was being done about the situation, just silence. I could keep going. Half of the amenities weren't available the entire time we lived there(they all closed for Covid, but hot tubs and stuff were closed most of the year well before Covid was around). All in all we just had a terrible experience with management and don't recommend anyone getting sucked in by their offers. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere where you won't get taken advantage of.

Move in package says I'm assigned Parking spot 36, but no map. Look around my apartment, and can't find it. Ask the office where it is. They can't tell me; just say "look around". Park my motorcycle and assume that if I'm in someone's spot, I'll be asked to move it, which I will gladly do. Knock on the door a few days later from a friendly neighbor: bike is being towed. No note on the door or the bike, no email. Pay fee to keep bike from being towed. Tow truck driver takes time to locate parking spot. Neighbors have parking spots nearby; mine is a block away by the mailboxes. Complain to office, who tells me the tow company works on it's own, which means that they tell the tow company what vehicles are supposed to be parked where, but refuses to tell residents, then shrug their shoulders when a vehicle gets towed without warning.

Very happy and comfortable here. I'm going on my 3 rd year here. I feel very much at home here. Yes we've had new management every year. Not my issue. They've all been very nice. My neighbors are good and keep to them selves.. I also got my carpets cleaned for signing a new lease. Great job 47 Settlers! ❤️

it has not been too bad living here. The only problem that we had was our neighbor would throw up on her porch and let it run off onto ours. We contacted the front office and they handled the issue. She no longer does it anymore. Management leaves you alone. They are usually on top of their maintenance. The only complaint that i really have is the dog park is filled with poop and the hot tub is never working. Edit** (5 months later) My microwave broke a couple months ago before COVID came, they told me that they had to order a new one and gave me a replacement. Well a couple months went by and I didn’t hear from them so I contacted them regarding it. They did respond an alright timely matter and told me that they were still waiting for the shipment and would be receiving it a couple days, it got here and I scheduled an appointment to have them come fix it. So the appointment comes and I wait 40 minutes before I contact them to see where maintence is and they told me that they got the microwaves but they were the wrong size. They got the correct size a week later and maintanence came out to fix it. He did leave a mess all over my apartment when he was done that I had to clean up. Our upstairs neighbor is a crazy lady too. She gone for throwing up on her porch to let it was off onto our to throwing her personal items and garbage over her balcony to the back grass where our back door is. We had to call the cops on her because as the days went on, it got worse. I had told them before when she first started throwing things to let them know so they could talk with her. Well they never did and I feel like if they did talk to her, she would have stopped and I wouldn’t of had to call the cops and send her to jail. When we first lived here, it was great because there was different management and that was the same reason why I moved here. After 2 years of living here, I’m glad I’m buying a home and getting out of this place.
