Hope you like bed bugs! I've lived here for over 4 years now, the complex has been through 3 different owners. The current owners are the worst of the worst. They make up excuse after excuse to come into your apartment and do various inspections. Usually you don't even get a full 24 hours notice. Never has this been an issue before. They now charge for a covered parking spot, which is MANDATORY by the way, so thats another monthly addition($15+). Oh and top it all off, you know that covered parking that you now pay for every month to put your car out of the elements? You can't even tow anyone out of it!! How f-ed is that!?!? As well as charging you for the little trash can that is in front of your door when we already pay for our f-ing trash to be taken by the city. Did i mention that it's mandatory also!? Every year you get a new rate for your rent price, but what they dont tell you is, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the rate to go down. The owner himself threw a tantrum because as long-time residents our rate when down $10 a month. Instead of saying thanks for being here and never being late, we were forced to sign a new lease with a higher rate or move out... Whenever it snows the entire complex turns to a sheet of ice and they don't even attend to it. Good news is you can always expect the roads to be better than your own driveway! This TERRIBLE new ownership makes up an excuse to do a "walk through" literally every other month. Worst management EVER!!!!!! I could just go on and on.. Don't move in here. You may regret it. I wish it was possble to rate 0 out of 5 stars.
