Too many issues to disclose them all. One recent highlight is that recently, a construction company decided to block our only entrance/exit ENTIRELY and they notified the complex in advance so that they could notify the tenants. Guess what they didnât do? They never notified us. I called the office dozens of times to discuss this and they never answered the phone. Left reviews and comments on social media. Finally spoke to them in person (after they repeatedly ignored my calls while I could visibly see them not doing anything) and all they could say to my concerns is âI donât know.â Sweet. This place is extremely overpriced and they donât maintain basic things like lighting, pests (spiders especially,) and parking situations. Stay far away.

I am unable to enter or exit my apartment complex and I donât know how long this is going to go on for. Iâve talked to other tenants to confirm that nobody was informed. There is a LINE of cars waiting to exit. This is completely unacceptable. Update: their response to my review is insulting. When I asked the leasing office about the incident several days later, the employee replied saying âI donât know, I donât reside here.â So to tell me that the staff found out about it when the tenants found out about it (which wasnât until it was happening) proves that SOMEONE or multiple of the complexâs employees are lying to me.

Coming on here to say, we moved in here just a few months ago. And I am really frustrated with the office & maintenance staff. They say they go over everything as far as rent & fees (you sign a TON of paperwork, & the rental agreement is enormously long) but we ARE paying more in rent & in fees then we were led to believe. They also say they go over everything & ensure everything is "move in ready", which, is only kind of partially true.... Yes, you do a walk through & you can go over everything, but we pointed out several things,&they did flat out lie about several things. & they do NOT "ensure" everything is move in ready or taken care of right away. When we were doing our walk through, there was a broken window in the master bedroom, pretty obvious, (amoung other issues we found) & Lorena literally told us "someone was coming to fix it that day". It was a flat out lie. No one was coming, or even scheduled to come. Every time we addressed it the lie morphed into something else. Several things have still not been taken care of. Even after the maintenance guy came- each time I pointed out the same issues, he said okay & that he would be right back. First off their "maintenance work"- I don't think can really be called that... It's not just the bare minimum that they can do... its like... less than the bare minimum. Almost comical (if I didn't have to live with it) They don't ACTUALLY fix anything. They kind of tinker. And do nothing. He still hasn't come back with a shelf for the linen closet or toilet paper holder. (We have mentioned it SO many times- to the office staff, & the maintenance guy). I also have only asked that they please let us know when they are going to do maintenance. I work really late nights & sleep in the mornings. Its the ONLY times I have to sleep. I have let them know this. & have simply asked that they please let me know when they are going to be doing maintenance (on OUR apt) & to please wait until after Noon. (Basic respect right? This is our HOME. WE LIVE here. & pay a LOT to do so) Man, I feel like I am going to die or that my health is seriously declining... they absolutely REFUSE to do or respect this. Constantly new loud & all kinds of exterior maintenance is going on that is EXTREMELY inconvenient (new cement being poured in front of our front door ON MEMORIAL DAY & we aren't allowed to leave our apartment or go in or out our door- NEARLY THE ENTIRE DAY (gee thanks, we wanted to have guests over that day for our holiday, which we RARELY get to do. Why choose that day?) Replacing gutters that don't need to be replaced, drilling in our roof/ceiling this morning, for who knows why... Always in the morning, always SUPER loud, always right on OUR APARTMENT, but never with ANY warning. & I'm so incredibly sleep deprived. They refuse to respect my requests. And yet everything INSIDE our apartment is still being neglected. The only other request I made, was again... To just let me know when they are coming or to schedule with me. & to please don't let themselves in without my prior consent (ESPECIALLY when my kids are home alone- especially my teenage daughter.) All I ask for is communication, and basic scheduling and respect. Pretty common sense. So now they use this as an excuse as to why we still have unaddressed maintenance issues- which simply just isn't true. And we are the ones having to live with the issues day in and day out. We also pay a "pest control" fee every. Single. Month. I have NEVER seen them do ANYTHING related to ANY pest control. And we have had a worse problem here, then we have had ANYWHERE else. So WHAT in the world am I ACTUALLY paying for? They do a lot of external and grounds projects. Possibly helps a lot with curb appeal. But the things that actually effect the residents who live here aeem to get greatly neglected and given a very low priority. After reading through all of the reviews, I am GENUINELY nervous come move out time. I 100% believe what is being said is true. I can totally see how enormous fees would be unfairly lopped onto people come moving out time.
