These guys are crooks of the highest order! Their apartments are riddled with roaches! We raised a maintenance request about it and they had our apartment treated. On moving out, they charge us $175 ! Why are we supposed to pay for this? We had nothing to do with this infestation! Not only that, we spent 2 hours cleaning the apartment on our move out date! If we had known they would charge us another $240 for "cleaning and touch ups" we would have never wasted our time cleaning it! These guys are just waiting for tenants to move out so they can start stealing their money by charging them for obscure stuff. Some more pointers- 1. They have real squeaky floors! Very poor quality! 2. Their parking space is horrible! It is congested as hell! 3. Their maintenance is super slow! 4. The surrounding area is mostly dirty and very poorly maintained(There was a pothole of almost 3 foot diameter for months and they didn't fix it!) STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS!

They threw away my personal belongings! My lease ended on June 15th. I was mostly moved out. I show up on the 14th to get the rest of my things and clean up. Locks were changed and they threw away the rest of my stuff. I am extremely displeased. Now I'm certain they'll make me pay more fees because that's what they do. My stuff wasn't worth a ton of money but they were my things and they cleaned me out before my lease was over. Could have called and asked if I wanted to get my stuff out.

Most of the units are falling apart. Floors squeak, terrible maintenance, etc. Changes management every 3 months or so, maintenance people here quit all the time. This place is bad all the way around.

I went over to the property to see if this might be a place I'd like to reside and oh my Lord. I've never seen such terrible street/ parking conditions! The amount of deep/wide potholes they have there is ridiculous and unacceptable! They should be ashamed of themselves for making their residents have to live in those conditions. I hope they don't have to pay for their covered parking. Idk how some of those cars got on their spots with those giant sink holes in front of their assigned parking! Just terrible!

I just moved in on Friday this is Sunday. I was super excited the model is amazing! Shows really well. The office is fabulous the pool is huge they have a hot tub gorgeous barbecue area beautiful basketball court and even a hammock area for summer. When I signed my paperwork, I asked the leasing person if there was any problems with bugs? we were talking about bed bugs, so I can't remember if we clarified other? but I'm pretty sure she said there was no history of bugs here, so I was pretty upset when I moved in and there's an ant infestation! Now I can't bring much of my things in and when I told her I needed them to spray she told me I would have to wait till Wednesday. That's five days living with ants all over the bathroom floors and walls in the hallways and working their way into the bedrooms and a good amount in the dining room. so I've been Waging War all day everyday waiting for Wednesday to get here. Also the second bathroom toilet is not working. Also if you are looking to move in just be aware there are huge holes in the parking lot - there is a mini Grand Canyon right by my parking space. I'm not sure why they haven't fixed it? I'm sure it has broken a tie rod or two on multiple cars. Just saying. And I'm not too excited about paying $20 a month for a valet trash fee when I could throw my bag of trash at the dumpster just about and hit it from my porch. That said I was desperate for a place to live and didn't have time for anything else. All-in-all - I like the floor plan. I like the appliances in the kitchen and the master bedroom is pretty big and the second bedroom is not too bad either. So as far as those things go it will work, but apparently this complex is really old, there are a lot of patch repairs especially in the bathroom. There were no drain plugs for the tubs, the tub in both bathrooms is pretty gross. I can't get either bedroom window or the dining room window open. Oh yeah and I'm not sure if it's just because it's a different management company from where I used to live or what but the old company used a professional cleaning service every time people moved out and since moving in- I have been cleaning my apartment, I noticed the toilets were not cleaned on the bottom/sides. There was still urine and the walls have not been painted, nor even wiped. spent about 4 hours today wiping walls and bathrooms and cleaning off stuff that was still on there. so all in all I would still say move in, its beautiful property, lots of lovely flowers and trees but just be aware the apartment is not going to be as nice as the office and the model. And make sure you bring your cleaning supplies and your own drain plug and I would do a walk-through on your apartment1st.

2 stars because I actually enjoyed the location and we lucked out on a recently renovated apartment on the top floor. However, even for an apartment complex, the floors are pretty thin. As you can see, this apartment complex has a pretty low rating and I believe that is from the management. The front office ladies roll their eyes every time someone walks in, and you can't ever get ahold of the office over the phone. Make sure you read your lease thoroughly, as they will you hold you to the tee on their move out policy. We ended up paying an early move out charge ($2000) at the end of our lease because we didn't fill out the SECOND move out notice. Shame on us I suppose. Also make sure to document anything that they verbally communicate to you. They will tell you anything they need to to get rid of you in the moment and then not follow through with what they say. It's true that your rent WILL go up as you continue to renew a lease here. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my 3 years here because we never really had any problems. But any of my dealings with the office personnel made me feel cheated and un cared for.
