Signed our lease, found roaches the next day they told us to stuff it. Management is a joke, they don't give a rats ass about you and will leave your apartment broke until about 4th time you tell them about your issue, they clearly just want your money and will do nothing to actually make the place any better besides slapping a new coat of paint on. Matince is no better, they have no idea what they're doing whether it's painting or installing carpet, all of our outlets where just hammered into the wall and are falling out because they can't spend the extra 2 cents to use a shark. avoid this place like the plague don't waste your money here and get trapped like we did

Water heater went out in a short time and was replaced with a garbage water heater that was installed in violation of code. Countless over payments of rent was never credited to my account. That’s theft, girls. Spent a vast amount of time with friends and family to make sure apartment was clean upon leaving, still got hit with a $400 cleaning bill.

I applied to rent some apartments and I have clean credit with no broken contracts from other apartments where I have been and they did not accept me even though they had already approved me. I think that is already discrimination on the part of the manager. They lost a good client. (Original) Mala recepción. Property stolen off of our porch. Car stolen from in front of office. Detective told me that it is a high theft apartment complex, too bad management does not inform renters. Or fix the lighting. Dog feces everywhere on the grass. We paid over $2,000 to break our lease early just to get away from this place. Talk to tenants and look at crime blotter before you consider renting here.

This is the worse place I have ever lived. I would not suggest 47settlers point to anyone looking for a decent apartment complex to live in. They have bogus charges for sticking paper on your door, "Trash Valet" even though I have two legs that work perfectly fine. This is not a HOA community so I don't get why they have airheads walking around at 10 pm looking for trash bags placed out all day so the rats and ants can get to the garbage that stinks up the neighborhood. Neighbors have no consideration for other people. Management is going through a constant change, and not for the better. Was hit with 2 late fees adding up to $300 total. So glad my lease is up within the next few days... I have the oldest apartment in the community and would not be surprised if they kept my security deposit to make their remodel with "exit fees". I would prefer that the "owner" not respond to my review just to make yourself feel better about the atrocity you're running.
