Pool? Open for a day or two and then closed for weeks. Opens again for like a day and then closes again. I don't know if that means a crappy complex or crappy tenants. I was really looking forward to using the gym. It was open for three months, and has been closed for renovations ever since (8months now) And I've never seen any actual work getting done in there. Do I feel safe jogging around the neighborhood? Not alone, jeez. And if your upstairs neighbors do pot, your apartment will smell like it for a while. Tons of pigeons, which didn't bother me until I couldn't get to my front door without stepping in bird poop. Cops are there regularly in the middle of the night. And the mail boxes have been robbed a few times. I am not a troll type of person, I was excited to move there in the beginning. I've learned a lot so I'll know what to avoid with my next apartment search.

We've been here for only a week and we love it here! People are friendly and the staff, especially Pepper is just the best! Easy move in, maintenance request have been fast and easy great guys to get along with. Friendly neighbors all around us. I don't have any complaints at all. Thanks everyone, it's been a wonderful time from day one!

This is the most dishonest and disgusting excuse for a âprofessionalâ establishment I have ever dealt with! If I could give them negative 1000 stars I would. I had an âincidentâ with another resident in which I was threatened and my dog was physically abused and threatened. I promptly reported the incident to the police and the management office. I asked them to contact the police and release the other individuals information and TWO WEEKS LATER this still wasnât done!!! I also pointed out several of there ârulesâ that were violated by this resident in my lease and expressed that I felt unsafe. Instead of honoring their lease agreement I was told I violated my lease and had to remove my animal from the property! Even though I had and eye witness to the incident but do you think their so called property manager bothered to speak to him... of course not! They donât care if their residents are safe. They care about their little friends that come flirt with them in the office. Whatever you do AVOID THIS PLACE!! they donât care about their residents. I had to get an attorney involved before they would even respond to me. I was also repeatedly lied to. Wanna get threatened and possibly killed at home? This is the place for you!
