Great place to live

I have lived in this place for couple of years and moved out recently. While there’s been good experiences in these two years.. I have couple of bad experiences. These bad experiences have caused me more mental stress and agony. Firstly, I have still not received a refund check, for a huge security deposit, even 3 months after I moved out. I’ve been following up on the refund. I have sent almost 20 emails, most of them unanswered. I do get a response, when I call them and then wait for 5-7 mins, while they figure out what to tell me. Standard response I get is “we are not sure if the check is printed, we are not sure if and when it will arrive”.. sounds like they have no means to track it..All I’m looking for is some definitive answers, so I know when to expect. Earlier, they promised that I will receive the check in November. I did receive a refund check, but it was for mere $11.**. I panicked after seeing this amount on this check. When I sought for clarification, Nobody knew what it is for.. and no answer. As of today, 18-Jan-2018. I don’t know when I will receive the refund check. I wrote a mail escalating this to the property manager, no response from her as well. Secondly, back in September, long story short- I ended up in closing my 10yr old bank account.. the leasing office lost the check I gave them for monthly rent. I was given a run around, talking to my bank for claims, talking to leasing office and helping them in ways I could to help the situation. Worst of all, they demanded me to write another check for rent, which means I should take liability for the lost check.. and pay the rent twice! After all this fiasco, guess what? - They did not lose my check!!! It was some accounting issue.. and this news was revealed to me, only after I was inquiring about something. Anyways, second one is in the rear, but the experience was sure bitter and stressful as hell!!

Management will shut down the payment system and ask us to manually pay the rent. if you are out of town you will end up paying late fee.

This was the best place to live at! Pepper and Anna are amazing leasing agents. They are very friendly and awesome to work with. Jocelyn is awesome assistant has always worked with me. Maintenance is very fast and gets things done. Would recommend to live here.

Easy move in, quick and excellent maintenance response, friendly and efficient office staff. Every step upstairs is audible, but I suppose that's typical of apartments. Lots of dogs. Nice neighbors. No ants or inside mice. So far, so good.

Going on 7 years here, 6 new management companies and we are done! If i could do negative stars i would. They should have put the money they used in the upgrade towards 24 hour security. Myself and several neighbors and guest get cars gone through 2-3 times a week. Does no good to complain, they would rather dump money into "valet" garbage and a dog run that teacup poodles can not even turn around in. And they do not care if you clean up after your dog or not. Infested with ants all the time and everywhere. Maintenance takes forever and barley speak english let alone explains what they did to fix it....very uncomfortable. Mailbox key broke, took 3 weeks to fix could not get my bill to pay rent out of it but some how thats my fault? I wonder if i should pass out renters rights handbooks to all the tentants here? Joe M. I will contact the health department as well. And the landscaping likes to come on saturday mornings at 7 am with loud leafblowers. Good 7 years ago, gone down double time ever since. Joke. Security cameras.... Then you can find the people NOT picking up there poop AND people breaking into cars! Genius! Add to list Edit

The people running this place do not know how to do their job. I put in my 60 days notice to move out mid July (my lease ended mid August, making my move out date 9/10). I was told September's rent would be pro rated since I was only living there 1/3 of the month. Come September, I get a rent bill for the full amount. I went and talked to them and they gave me the pro rated amount to pay, which I paid on the first. One week before my move out date they put a pay or vacate notice on my door saying if I didn't pay the full rent amount by 3 days I had to leave. I went back into the office and clarified that I was moving out and had already given them my 60 days notice. One receptionist said I had moved out in August, the other one said I didn't put in my 60 days notice. After talking to them I was told to ignore the notice. I have since moved out and am receiving bills for September's rent (because I didn't pay the full amount). I have called and talked to them on the phone several times and they still can't figure out what prorated rent means. They were supposed to send me an email with details of my deposit return two weeks ago. So I'd highly recommend living here if you want to talk to a bunch of idiots that require hand holding to do their own job. - I've been on hold for 20 minutes now, this is my sixth time calling them to get everything settled. Update: Got a collections notice in the mail for rent I don't owe them. Nice work guys!

Maintenance was always helpful and usually quick to serve. Management was helpful and more importantly wanted to help. Only complaint is the ants were terrible but as long as we layed down our own pest control we were ok. They would have orkin come and spray whenever we asked but unfortunately we watched orkin slap a sign on our door saying they had serviced the house when they hadnt. Honestly though besides the ants, it was a great place to live.

They did not honor the lease agreement, the maintenance request takes months to get an action or a response. They raise the price on the apartment complex every year.
