Everything seemed well till it came time to sign the lease and came to find out they sold the apartment we put a deposit on to someone else... We're still fighting these dumb asses to fix the F***ing problem they've created.😡😡 don't waste your time here.

When I was moving out, i did a walk through with a manager at the office and was told I would get my "refundable" deposit back minus required carpet cleaning. Then a few weeks layer, I got my deposit notice and they drummed up fake charges so I wouldn't get back a penny. I lived there alone for 6 months and it was spotless. The manager said it was cleaner than his housekeeping crew does it. So if you want to get screwed over, this is the place for you.

Update: I finally got out. The last few months we're awful. I was told when I moved in that my windows needed replaced and was scheduled. Well that never happened and I finally realized the largest window had a gap, you could see the daylight coming through and the weather. So the winter was ridiculously cold and the summer hot because the outside wasn't actually being kept out. I complained repeatedly and was told fixing windows wasn't in the budget. I kept making the point I had paid $18k over my time there and they had already cost me a TON extra in utilities and that a lease is pretty basic at it's core... I'm paying for protection from the weather. And they refused to keep their part if that contract. When I moved out I asked for a walk through so they couldn't claim I didn't clean or keep the place nice. The lady literally said I probably had the cleanest apartment she'd ever seen.. then said they'd be bringing the cleaners to "double check". Id never recommend living here to anyone. The neighbors were fine, the apartment was fine. Management and maintenance is 100% the reason I'd not stay here ever again. This is just a small glimpse into all the bull that went on. Original: It's my last 10 days and apparently for the first time in my 18 month stay I forgot to pay rent (pro-rated mind you). I knew I was forgetting something but March snuck up so quickly! And obviously preoccupied plqnnig a move. Well today I got a "pay or vacate" notice on my door. The late fee is $150 but APPARENTLY the cost of the paper they taped to my door is $30. There is literally a $30 "notice of fee" fee... I hate this place. They also were going to charge me for insurance through them because my proof of insurance expires 3/12/18. My last day is literally 3/13/18 and it was only the card that expired... the coverage lasts until September... seriously... I'll update the rest of the debauchery once I've safely vacated...

everything was great until April 2017 then I start receiving move out letter on my door every month . even a man knocking down my door like crazy which wake up my kid and talking bad in front of my kids that we need to move out the same day . I got call from my daughter every month at work worry asking me was going that we have to move out when we were doing our payment on time and on July we had enought and we decide to move out do to all the mess that they have with they employee not knowing what they do it and now they want to force to pay 2 month of rent when my lease would end 08/11/2017 when it's they own fault that we want to move out. this it's only half of what I being going through with this new management.👎🏻👎🏻

This place is crappy. Everything in my apartment is falling apart. There is always a bug problem. The pools are always closed. Nothing seems to be working in these apartments. This place is so crappy, I wouldn't recommend these.

I've been living here for 6 months and still have another 6 months and I can't wait to leave do to the problems we keep having on our apartment for example the master shower water barley comes out as you see in the picture I've complained before but they always say to change the shower and that's not the problem because the guess bathroom the water comes out strong , the furnace keeps going out so we don't get hot water for 2 days until they go fix it , it happened more than 3 times, the toilets always keeps leaking water and the wax ring shows on the side , the dishwasher sucks, washer and dryer even worse I do construction and wen I wash my pants they come out dirtier than they were I wouldn't recommend to come live here

The maintenance staff is great. The pool is maintained nice and clean everyday even after some of the residents vandalize it. The property is maintained really clean and professional thank you guys so much.

Horrible. If you enjoy being screwed over then this is the place for you. Horrid management, and terrible upkeep. I would rather sleep on the streets than stay another night in this hell hole.
