I usually don't do google reviews but I thought this was worth it. I've lived here for four months and so far -they've mischarged my rent multiple times -I currently have constant hot water running in my bathtub -my "renovated" apartment had black mold in the tub and washer -my dryer sparks -there is dog poop everywhere -the original apartment we were supposed to move into in the complex had baby bats in the tub (that should have been our first sign) -I've made numerous mantainence requests and have yet to here back -there's no light in the bedrooms -the light switches are too large for something to be plugged in -at random times we'll lose power in everything other than the livingroom. Turning the stove on is the only thing that fixes it -We lose hearing a lot too -neighbors are rude -neighbors also do a lot of drugs -some neighbors are nice though -ants are currently infesting my bathroom -nobody shovels. They usually just leave out a bag of salt -it took them 3 attempts to get the lock on our door to match the key Biggest mistake I've ever made is renting from here. Update: I just went into the office because I forgot to change my address at an old job for my W-2s and I wanted to ask if anybody had turned them in. Before I could even get my question out, the at the front desk told me no and as I was walking out, very rudely said "we don't get that stuff here" now, I'm not upset about the response. I'm upset about the customer service. Office management, please train your staff more proficiantly. Maybe then you will have better reviews.

I came by to see an apartment and after being told they would be with me in a moment, I wasn't offered a seat, a smile or even a hello as I walked in. Worst customer service and there were three other agents running around with no direction and in a fret. Very poor service and the property was a mess. I wouldn't bother even coming by unless you're the type who loves disappointment.

This place is aweful!!!! Office never answers their phone. It usually takes 2 maintenance requests to get things fixed. For example we had an outlet that is connected to an light switch go out and their idea of fixing was writing "on off" on our light switch. Recently, they told us they were going to replace the piping and it would take 3-4 days and we're at a week with it not finished, our pipes were leaking when we used our washer, and their are huge cute outs in our walls and ceilings. It takes them 1-2 days after it shows to shovel the snow off the sidewalks. Today I ended up doing it at 2 pm because I felt bad for the parts with small inches walking through the snow with a baby in a car seat carrier. People don't clean up their dog poop here and the pools are never clean. We hate living here and wish we could leave today. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

This apartment is one piece of over-priced freezing box. We are living here for 9 months now and this is the 6th the heater stopped working and we weren't sleeping. You call the emergency they come and fix it in next 30 mins, but 2 days later again you freeze in 49°F They ask to inform leasing office to but work order so they can check the entire Unit. But I don't know the how to make leasing office do it. Because I have tried asking, requesting, pleading. Will yelling work? Be ready to face such issues if you want to stay here. Fully regretting why we choose to live here.

Too expensive with hidden fees, unorganized management, loud above neighbors, it looks nice because they remodeled, but once you live there you can tell how old and poorly made it is. Had mice as well.

I had to change my review from a 4 to a 1 star really quick. I apparently didn't pay $12.43 of my rent so I am going to get a late fee? Ha! A late fee over $12 Now that is comedy. I work in this industry and even I wouldn't go that far. This apartment complex should pay me to live here that is how awful it has been! If I could attach pictures of how awful the current condition of my "remodeled" apartment is, I would! I have had a leak that literally damaged my flooring, wall, and inside of my water heater closet for over two months now. I've submitted multiple service requests and still I come home to puddles on my floor (documented, and about 50 pictures time stamped through the last month.) That is just the cherry on top though. If you want your air conditioning to break multiple times, your heater to go out, for your gas bill to go from 25 dollars to 175 due to a leak not fixed in your apartment I reccomend living here. If you would like your dryer to be installed upside down, your washer to have dirt particles attach to your clothing, dirty vents, cob webs, and living with the spiders I reccomend living here. Oh I almost forgot, if you want random vendors in and out of your apartment tracking dirt all over your floors and then you find out they lose your set of keys and rather than replacing your locks for security they just copy your key. Awesome, random dudes have access to my apartment. As if I already didn't feel safe with random crack heads showing up to my apartment looking for people. To say this has been a learning experience is quite the understatement. These poor maintenance, I should make them dinner since they basically have to live at this property. Anyway rant over, the point is I pay a ridiculous amount to live in the unhealthy conditions and now I'm going to receive a late fee over $12? Y'all have got to be joking. 👎🏻 Greystar! I bet not one of you would live here if someone paid you to! Come see for yourself.

My roommate and I just recently moved in here and have nothing but good things to say. Our 2 bed 2 bath renovated apt is so great, we love having new flooring, carpet and new appliances! Such a good area and nice neighbors as well. I highly recommend this place! Go see Victor in the office he was super helpful and nice through our move in process!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. Here are the problems I have experienced. 1. Loud neighbors. They mix families and college students in the apartment complex. So it is not fun when the college kids partying at 3 a.m. wake up my 1 year old son. Also, it is not fun when I have work the next day at 7 a.m. 2. Smoke. It always smells like smoke in our apartment. I don't think that is healthy for my 1 year old son. 3. Security. No security cameras in the complex. Our bike lock was cut and our bike was stolen. One of our friends that lives in the complex also had his bike stolen. 4. Maintenance and management are okay though.
