-Worst place I've ever lived. -Random fee's they give for not following some random command they've given 12 hours prior. God forbid you leave town for a day. -Management is the worst, with slow response and careless attitude. -Smells like animal urine everywhere. -When you move out they attempt to destroy you with exit fee's. -They like to comment back on negative reviews to save face but they really do nothing about the underlying problems, as long as they cover themselves on paper they are happy. -Please, spare yourselves....

One of the worst apartment ever seen in my life Management is totally worst They will try to take all your money in some way. No respect for any residents . They never give proper response that too if its indians they never give reply. 2 months notice is mandatory or need to pay the highest rent they have for 1 bedroom apartment itself. For 5 days rent also they charge whole month miscellaneous charges lost lot of money with them . Indians be cautious don't ever rent this apartment

I have had a great experience with this apartment complex. They were quick to help me move in, quick to resolve the issue when there was a bug problem from my gross neighbor and quick to help any time I needed them. When I moved out, they were very understanding that I lucked into a house and needed to move out sooner than planned. They also are very fair with their move out rates and charges. Lacey and Mariel were a pleasure to deal with. I lived here for 10 months and it was really great. They are renovating everything in a really nice way and the only thing I wish they would change are the difficult mailboxes. Otherwise, great community!

So I moved out this place August 8th. I gave the required 2 months notice. Got a letter in the mail saying the full amount for my rent was due. So i called the number on the paper. The man i spoke to said to ignore it is just from the apartments 3rd party that the apartment would send me a new one with the real balance. I said ok thank you. The 8th comes around and I'm moving my things out and I see a letter that says I owe the FULL amount of my rent for August. So I call the office. The lady I spoke to said well u owe 8 days of rent, past due payments on sewer and water also not telling management on the 1st that I was moving out. I was mad and told her about the 2 months notice I have them back in June. She said I have to confirm that i was moving out on the 1st. I confirm that 2 months back I gave them a forwarding address and everything. They gave me 2 days to pay them what I owe. Ok fine here is your stupid money. Now they are trying to get more money out of me. Ummm no when I moved in to the apartment I had to battle with there anut problem. I have kids it was so nasty. They sprayed my apartment twice still didn't work. Then in the beginning or winter maintenance was blowing the rest of the leaves before the snow came and shattered my sliding door. Took them 2 weeks to fix and never finished the installation problem with it. I left voicemails and never got calls back. Contacting management is so hard to do here. I regret moving there and the 13 months I spent there. They respond faster to people who want to move in there than the people whom actually live there and or whom want to move out.

Living in these disgusting apartments was a nightmare. And trying to communicate with new and old management company was awful. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The insides of the buildings are falling apart and smell terrible, I highly recommend not getting involved with this company. They bandaid everything, take your money and do not invest it back into the buildings.

Moving in to this complex was HELL. Everything about my lease was messed up. I never received a move in packet and had to contact and go by the office several times before I received any information. When I did finally get my move in information it was 5 days before I was scheduled to move in and had the incorrect information on it. I discovered this only after calling and setting up all of my utilities. I then had to spend another 3 hours making phone calls to correct this information. I also was given a different amount that was due at the time of move in every time that I called (4 different times). I'm doubtful that the amount that I ended up paying was actually correct. Sadly this was only the beginning. On the day that I was scheduled to move in the apartment renovations were not complete. No one from the complex notified me that my move in would be delayed. I was told I could get my keys the next day, this too did not happen. The office manager still had not contacted me or expressed their regrets, I was solely working with a leasing agent who had taken over my contract. Finally 2 days and 3 hours after my lease agreement was scheduled to begin I was able to move in. When I got into my "newly renovated" apartment it had not been cleaned well and there was a long list of maintenance issues to be addressed. Not once still has the complex contacted me to do ANYTHING to make all of these issues right. I am extremely disappointed with my decision to live here. If I could give this complex zero stars I would. Oh and to add to the drama.... 16 months after moving out of this apartment complex they turned me over to collections out of nowhere for the remaining utilities that I had paid in full. I never once received any contact or notice from the apartment management on the outstanding balance. I provided the collection's agency with documentation that the utilities had been paid in full and that my check to the apartment complex 14 months ago had been cashed. The staff and management is incompetent and clearly there are bigger issues than just their bookkeeping. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS!

Wow, reading these reviews, it's the complete opposite for us. The move in was super easy and straight to it (just what we needed with our new addition and all). Moving in there were some needs for fixing things, but maintenance comes with a quickness. I mean ants are a problem but do something about it yourself and it won't be. Spray corners down and even outside corners of house. Clean up after yourselves and there will be absolutely no ants at all :) appliances are old but they get the job done. For the pricing and space these apartments have to offer AND parking is awesome. We have no complaints and plan on renewing. So thank you!
