Three words: inconsiderate, dishonest, dirty. I moved in because I needed a place when I was moving from out of state. They were quick to give me an apartment sign paperwork and let me in. However, the place had ants in it and it sticked with smoke. We had to terminate the contract due to medical reasons. After making a big deal about it they finally let us go, but charged as many fees as possible. They had all these non-refundable fees and stuff, even when it was their fault not ours. They cannot keep the place clean and in good condition. They have paint stains everywhere and the appliances are very very very old. At the end of everything they charged me around $700 for staying there 9-10 days. Ridiculous. They will not refund any fees, other places would do since it was their fault. They still held us accountable. DO NOT GO HERE!
Management is terrible and they think they are better than you. Specially the upper management, they shush you when you walk into their office and they have a meeting in the middle of the floor. Bad experince overall, I would give them 0 stars, if possible.
