I 100% agree with all of the 1-star ratings. SO many problems to list here, and too angry to do so at the moment. They literally 100% LIE to you to your face when signing the lease, and about cleaning and repairs. ALL of the complaints and one stars are valid! Horrible customer service, horrific maintenance, no respect for the residents, THE FEES ARE BEYOND MIND BOGGLING, They nickel and dime you for E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G we are are paying at MINIMUM over $200 in additional fees, that we didn't sign up for. They make all of these promises and literally lie to you when you are signing up. They Never follow through. The apartments ARE in major disrepair, and they do NOT intend to fix that. Did you know WE PAY A MONTHLY PEST CONTROL FEE... And the pest problem is worse here than ANYWHERE I have EVER been. Major ant problem- beyond horrid. And the outside of our door disgusting. And I don't think I have ever ACTUALLY seen them do ANYTHING for pest control- despite us PAYING FOR IT EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Maintenance is the biggest most utmost joke I have ever experienced. They come into your apartment, and do things at crazy times or unannounced/without warning. And do the absolute most bare minimum they possibly can (if you can even call it that). They don't do anything REAL when it comes to maintenance. Say they will fix things and never do. All those awesome extra "perks" they tout? yeah, pool took forever to open,and more... it really is awful the customer service, maintenance, and FEES we have to deal with here. Really really awful. And the sad thing is, it doesn't need to be! It's the management and complete scams. It COULD be great here. But no, someone somewhere is living the high life up on a hill somewhere, and this place is a complete joke. So awful. Like SO awful the way they manage and take "care" of things, and lie and scam, and Nickel and dime you. No respect for residents. I would NOT recommend. You would think and hope that with all of the negative reviews (and "answers" to each one of them ð) they would start to take notice or care, just a little bit, or might possibly listen and make some changes or adjustments, but it truly doesn't look like they do. REALLY not looking forward to moving out of here, and the possible ridiculous expenses and what we are going to have to deal with. I can 100% see how the negative reviews on that are valid. Don't move in here and get yourself stuck in this awful awful expensive situation. Put your money elsewhere. Especially in this economy. Don't believe anything they say during their tour and sales pitch when moving in. (Expect to pay literally HUNDREDS on top of they claim. And for NONE of the maintenance "promises" to be real. They are LITERAL flat out lies. ) Haven't encountered lying to this extent in a while. It's despicable. Just save yourself the grief.
