I have absolutely LOVED living at 47 Settlers :) the management team always keeps the property so well maintained, maintenance resolves any and all issues in a timely manner, and the property manager CJ is phenomenal to work with. I highly suggest moving here!

The roads like a swiss cheese, this place is so expensive and they can't fix the roads!!! They gave me the apparent in extremely bad conditions, and when I left they charged me for a hole new apartment. They are shameless and abusive! The place and services are nasty!

Not bad apartments, the down side is they hit you with alot of fees that are just plain taking advantage of the renter, I pay almost $200 a month in utilities, before powerand gas (rocky mountain and embrace run another $150 on average because they have not updated these apartments since they were built in the 80s) then they charge fees you can't opt out of like trash pick up and community maintenance fees $81 dollars a month just in those, the worst part is the community isn't even maintained its trashy around here, the apartments are very outdated (built mid 80s) and very inefficient (drafty windows, crooked doors, cracked tubs, water heater and furnace constantly running, washer and dryer on its last leg ect) not happy with the way they are ran and these people are making a killing of working class people with all the hidden fees and inflated rent prices, it's makes me sick get it together Utah, people are killing themselves working 60hrs a week just to afford a low end old apartments. They also pay legacy towing to constantly prowl the parking lots in the middle of the night and will tow your car for any reason they can its absolutely ridiculous ive been towed 3 times from a parking spot i pay monthly for The staff are friendly but you never talk to.the same person twice, its a decent neighborhood, and location are the positives overall not worth the amount of money it's cost to live here (around $1750 a month after utilities for a small 2bd 1 bath) when it was advertised $1350
