Very poor quality apartment, had multiple leaks occur, washing machine issues that had been “resolved” but occurred again right after. One of the leaks caused carpet damage that they put off fixing until AFTER we moved out then proceeded to charge us for it and refused to take responsibility for the cost. Would not recommend to anyone.

Yes, the apartment’s have their faults of course, the rent is very high. Truthfully a lot of the problems I have experienced here are Tenant related people not picking up their dog shit, kids breaking glass bottles on the sidewalk and grass… When ever we put on a work order we ask for Nester and he is incredible, such a wonderful Maintenance/ Handyman!!!! He goes above and beyond for my mom and I!!! Nester makes us feel like we matter, he actually cares and he’s NEVER rude!!!! The new management just had ALL the roads redone, put in a Pet Spa so you can wash and groom your animals! All in all it’s a great place to live my mom and I have been here 5 yrs now. Discovered a leak with our water heater last night and not even 24hrs later it has been FIXED they came and got the old water heater out and gave us a brand new one!!!!!

(Translated by Google) They tell you one price at the beginning, but it's not the final price. When you go to pay the monthly fee, it turns out to be much more than what was agreed upon. It's fine that they charge for services and all that, but they should be specific about everything they're going to charge and not come up with surprises later.

HORRIBLE!! I just move in a little over 2 months, it was a great start but is so bad already. Let me start off when we first moved in, our water heater went out, I put in for a maintenance request, never got anything back so I call the office, lady says yes we will send someone out to look, I gave it a few and after 1hr I called back same thing different person “we will send someone” this was on a Friday, Saturday comes around remind you I still have no hot water, well I’m like maybe they were busy gave the benefit of the doubt, well I call Saturday speak with someone who says they will be here in around 30-45 minutes still nothing, when I tell you I put in 3 more maintenance request and still nothing so I waited to see if they would call me or do literally anything well they didn’t… I went three days until I finally got someone to come and fix it bless that person for being so helpful. We ended up getting charged for it which is ridiculous because I don’t even have access to it so how did I break it??? Also they have done nothing to be helpful, they have raised the rent here by over 200$ in the span of two months my lease says my rent is 1300 without Rocky Mountain power and dominion energy we had to set that up which who cares but tell me why I am pay almost 1600$ ?? I’ve talked to my neighbors and they have said the same thing, they won’t put rent out until the first and they will tack on every fee possible. All I’m saying is do not get stuck in this hole like we did, there are nicer apartments with a team that will help you don’t let them fool you with any DEALS. Very bad management, not worth the stress.
