Rent keeps going up every month even tho I maid sure bills and utilities were added in the numbers.. and it's even in my contract . And yet they keep raising rent.. now they won't even answer my phone calls or respond over basically any of the maintenance problems I need taken care of.. it's not even trying to save money anymore because I'm being charged as much as any other place I could have rented... Now I have to look at moving again

I had a great experience with 47seventy Settler's Point. They are very kind and patient people! They took the time to hear my Wife and I out and ultimately we ended up with a year lease :) . The community is great and the whole area is nice I love it so far.

The maintenance team was really prompt on responding to our dryer issue. They were professional and did a great job resolving the problem ASAP!

Had an amazing tour of the property today with Lorena showing us around! She answered all my questions, and gave me all the info I need to feel confident in my decision about Settler's Point! Excited to put in an application soon, and be a prospective resident this summer!

If you like to smoke drugs from your apartment's main balcony, if you have pets and don't like cleaning up after them, or if you simply enjoy doing mechanical work And making a mess with oil on the floor. THEN THIS PLACE IS GREAT FOR YOU â¨ð Don't worry, the office doesn't do anything about formal reports. The office should bring formal charges against all animal owners in general, with severe fines, so that dirty people learn to clean up animal waste. There are apartments that have up to 8 or more people living inside and nobody says anything to them, that's a good sign, the rent is cheaper if everyone shares. The management should take their job seriously and make this place a better place for everyone. The rent isn't cheap for the condition it's in. Not to mention that if there's a sewage disaster or any event that floods your apartment, they don't take the matter seriously. Instead, you have to do the cleaning yourself. It's their responsibility to hire staff so the situation doesn't escalate from the start. But unfortunately, that's not the case.

I have lived here a dozen years so it can't be all that bad. I just came on here to leave a review that will help potential residents. If you rent an apartment with a roommate or even a spouse and they leave, you will be charged, $500. And then if you want to get a new roommate that's an additional $500. This is not on the lease. Nor was it disclosed to me when signing my leases. I'm just finding out the hard way that my need for medical accommodations for 24/7 care is going to cost me $500 for a caregiver a settlement fee. They kindly waived the $500 for my other live-in caregiver leaving. This is all despite what the housing authority, and HUD FEDERAL GOVERNMENT says. I'm not going to argue with them anymore about it, as I have to have help. Just hoping this review may help someone.

I've lived here for almost over a year now and its been really nice! I've actually really enjoyed the amenities included. The community is pretty nice and comfortable. I also really appreciate the payment options they recently integrated with flex, makes it easier to pay rent comfortably and Kyle was super helpful giving me help with all that and all my payments.
