Iâve lived at this apartment complex for 3 years, and unfortunately the overall experience has steadily declined due to poor maintenance, lack of communication, and amenities constantly being unavailable.
The pool and jacuzzi are a recurring issue every single year. The pool is either closed, poorly maintained, or completely unmanaged. Non residents regularly enter the pool area, trash it, and create noise late into the night with little to no enforcement from security or management. The jacuzzi has barely worked during the entire time Iâve lived here.
The âamenitiesâ advertised are also misleading. The grill area has been unusable for most of the time Iâve lived here, including this entire summer. The propane constantly smells like gas, which feels like a safety concern in itself as itâs leaking. The gym is extremely outdated, overcrowded, and equipment is frequently broken with no meaningful upgrades in years.
The biggest issue, however, is the lack of communication from management. Recently, my balcony railing was completely removed without any notice whatsoever. I came home to find part of my apartment inaccessible, and weeks later it still has not been repaired despite being told the work would already be completed. Multiple balcony railings throughout the property are just sitting on the grass, making the property look neglected and poorly managed.
At this point, it feels like residents are paying premium prices for amenities and conditions that are either unavailable, broken, or not properly maintained. Itâs disappointing because this property has potential, but managementâs lack of urgency and communication has made living here increasingly frustrating. Excited for my lease to finally end so I can leave as upper management does not seem to care
The front office receptionist and maintenance guys are very friendly, nice, and helpful. But this place is ran horribly and this is above their pay grade
