I genuinely like the people at the leasing office as well as the current management. I have dealt with some very sleazy management and leasing office people before, and I'm satisfied with, again, the CURRENT management at 47 Seventy. Maintenance has gotten issues fixed promptly. I have had no pests in my apartment. As some reviews mention, you can hear people walking and talking in the apartment above you if you are on the bottom floor. However, I do not feel like it's worse in my apartment than it is elsewhere.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Nestor and Amaury for their hard work!! They replaced the washer/dryer that were not working. They were very thorough and professional. Also very friendly! Thank you both! Also, thanks to Megan and Ali for putting the wheels in motion!
